Housing project worked on in conjunction with developer and Rutgers school.

The aim for this project was to elevate the commuter experience by utilizing the grade changes of the site to create an expansive ground floor space and a large double height lounge. This is a 28 story building of a mixed use program of residential, retail, commercial and parking. 1,000 parking spaces were provided as well as 543 residential units.

Portfolio Item of a designed Ferry Terminal

This project embraces the coastal elevation change to implement a large outdoor amphitheater, second floor café and ferry terminal within the overarching reach of a canopy. The development of the project follows the distinction between interior and exterior spaces within the canopy and the ensuing connection details.

Proposed museum / cafe for Roosevelt Island as part of a school project

The goal of this project was to develop an integrated building. Bringing a project through all stages of development to allow it to meet the 10 NAAB criteria for design. The design programs to be used were a museum to honor the Four Freedoms speech given by FDR and a complementary café to provide both interior and exterior seating.
